For the majority of property owners living in urban areas, installing wind turbines on or close to buildings with overall wind speeds of less than 14 mph has not been a realistic proposition. Equipment is expensive, hard to install, electricity generation will be disappointing and pay-back periods are likely to recede into the distant future if at all.

DyoCore products present a dramatic change to this way of thinking. DyoCore turbines have been specifically tooled and specifically created for turbulent wind in both low wind and obstructed areas.  Perfect for the average home roof!

Annual Wind/Power production is based on the estimated annual energy you can potential experiece from a collective average annual wind speed.

Rooftop wind makes for a difficult application. Areas around a rooftop present several obstacles such as surrounding trees, surfaces that cause wind friction and turbulent conditions in addition to other homes and buildings within close proximity to your install site.

It is recommended that you install a simple wind meter and some wind streamers approximately 4 feet above your intended generator mounting area to collect wind data and its flow around your intended install site. This will provide you with a baseline for both function and expectations.

When space, resources and permitting are available it is always recommend to install any turbine high above the ground and well away from obstacles.

A qualified site will make all the difference in the success of your application!
